Functional Medicine determines how and why illness occurs and restores health by addressing the root causes of disease for each individual.
The Functional Medicine model is an individualized, patient-centered, science-based approach that empowers patients and practitioners to work together to address the underlying causes of disease and promote optimal wellness. It requires a detailed understanding of each patient’s genetic, biochemical, and lifestyle factors and leverages that data to direct personalized treatment plans that lead to improved patient outcomes. By addressing root cause, rather than symptoms, practitioners become oriented to identifying the complexity of disease. They may find one condition has many different causes and, likewise, one cause may result in many different conditions. Please call during our office hours (Monday – Thursday from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm and Friday 9:00 am – 1:00 pm).

We accept cash, credit card, most major insurance companies, SoonerCare,  Medicare, Medicaid.  Beginning in spring 2018, we will be offering discounted membership plans for self-pay patients.  Stay tuned for more information.

What do I need to do to become a new patient? 2017-11-27T21:24:05+00:00
  1. Call us to schedule an appointment and have your insurance card ready.
  2. Fill out the New Patient Packet upon arrival at your appointment.  For first time patients, we recommend arriving 15 minutes before your appointment to complete the paperwork or DOWNLOAD the paperwork to print out and complete prior to arriving at your appointment.
  3. Bring your insurance card and co-payment with you to the appointment.
